Energuate highlighted its ongoing commitment to gender equity during the “Empowerment that Transforms: Women, Innovation and Sustainability” forum organized by CentraRSE. At the event, Lissette Barrios, Energuate’s Talent and Communication Manager, spoke about the impact of women such as Mayerly and Ginger in the company’s technical field teams.
“Talent, courage and determination have no gender. By creating role models, overcoming stereotypes and opening real spaces for growth, we are building a fairer future for everyone,” said Barrios.
