Families in Pachalum, Quiché now have a new facility to manage their electricity service needs. The recently opened Municentro provides local residents with the ability to handle various processes related to electrical services without needing to travel long distances.
The center serves 20 communities and benefits more than 3,500 people. The inauguration event was attended by Mayor Fidencio Teletor, representatives from the electricity distributor, and families from the municipality.
A spokesperson stated: "We reaffirm our commitment to being close to our customers, with more than 80 service points across the country, including our own offices, coordinated windows, and municentros."
The company continues its efforts to improve customer access through a network of over 80 attention points nationwide.
