Empresa Eléctrica de Guatemala (EEGSA) will conduct its Reputation Study fieldwork from August 25 to September 30, 2025. The study aims to gather feedback from stakeholders and support continuous improvement in the company's management for its users.
The interviews will be conducted by phone by Compass Consulting using the PBX number 2210-7600. Each interview is expected to last about 15 minutes. Participants will answer questions related to product and service quality, transparency and information sharing, social responsibility, corporate management, environmental responsibility, innovation, and leadership.
The study will include input from residential and business customers, community members, suppliers and contractors, government representatives, opinion leaders, and members of the electric sector. These groups will provide their views on several aspects of EEGSA's operations.
At the same time as this reputation survey, a Service Quality Survey is being carried out by Vox Latina between August 4 and September 30, 2025.
