Energuate receives recognition for good labor practices from Guatemala’s Ministry of Labor

Energuate has announced that it received the 2024 Certificate of Good Labor Practices from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. The recognition highlights Energuate's ongoing efforts to promote fair and responsible work environments.

According to the company, its subsidiaries DEOCSA and DEORSA were given a Special Distinction, while Guatemel and RECSA achieved their first certification in this area. In addition, contractors COMSEGSA and STCOM also received certification, which Energuate attributes to joint efforts and guidance from its team.

The company stated: "We are proud to share a new recognition for our commitment to workplace well-being and compliance with current regulations. The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare awarded us the Certificate of Good Labor Practices (BPL) 2024, highlighting our constant effort to foster fair and responsible work environments."

Energuate added: "This achievement is magnified because our companies DEOCSA and DEORSA received a Special Distinction, Guatemel and RECSA obtained their first certification."
