Energuate has completed maintenance and upgrades to the electricity network in the Ixil region, covering areas in Huehuetenango and Quiché. The company reports that thousands of families and businesses in Aguacatán (Huehuetenango) as well as Sacapulas, Cunén, Uspantán, Chicamán, Nebaj, Chajul, and San Juan Cotzal (Quiché) are now benefiting from these improvements.

The project included installing 1.2 kilometers of higher-capacity power lines. According to Energuate, this work is expected to provide a more stable and reliable energy supply for residents and businesses. Additionally, the relocation of infrastructure is intended to make future maintenance easier.

Energuate stated: "Each cable, transformer or pole placed is another step towards an electrical service of greater quality, efficiency and safety for all families."

"¡Creamos conexiones que transforman vidas!" ("We create connections that transform lives!"), the company added.
