Everise, a provider of customer experience solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Krisp to implement real-time voice AI technology across its global workforce. The collaboration aims to enhance customer service by combining Everise’s operational expertise with Krisp’s artificial intelligence capabilities.
Krisp’s AI platform offers features such as accent neutralization and noise cancellation. These tools have already been deployed on 10,000 Everise agent seats worldwide, with plans for full implementation in the coming months. Future updates will include speech interpretation and Agent Assist functions.
