Energuate has opened a new commercial office in Nueva Concepción, Escuintla. The office aims to provide faster and more convenient service to over 23,000 customers in the municipality. According to the company, residents can use the facility for payments and other services such as requests for new supplies, payment agreements, change of account holder, activation or deactivation of services, and general inquiries.
The new customer service center is Energuate's 84th location nationwide. With this expansion, Energuate continues its efforts to serve its 2.5 million customers across 21 of Guatemala’s 22 departments.
"¡Creamos conexiones que transforman vidas!" ("We create connections that transform lives!"), stated the company in its announcement.
This development reflects ongoing efforts by utility providers in Guatemala to expand their presence and improve access for local communities.
