On October 18, 2025, Empresa Eléctrica de Guatemala (EEGSA), in partnership with ENÉRGICA, held a workshop aimed at real estate developers. The event brought together 37 professionals from the sector to discuss commercial processes, easement procedures, construction standards, and the use of new technologies in real estate development.
The organizers stated that the purpose of the workshop was to provide valuable information that could help transform the future of real estate construction. "We thank each attendee for their participation and interest," said representatives from EEGSA.
