Everise, a company specializing in customer service solutions for global healthcare and other industries, has been named one of the top five most inspiring workplaces in Latin America for 2024. The recognition comes from Inspiring Workplaces, an organization that evaluates businesses worldwide on their commitment to people-first cultures.
Inspiring Workplaces introduced upgraded judging criteria for its 2024 awards, requiring organizations to provide evidence of investment in areas such as culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice, and overall employee experience. An independent panel of experts selected the top five organizations based on these standards.
Everise was ranked fourth among the five recognized companies. Notably, it was the only organization among the finalists to receive special mention in three categories: ‘Inspiring Leadership’, ‘Inspiring Wellbeing’, and ‘Inspiring Employee Voice’.
