Everise has received several honors at the annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, an event that recognizes top employers and teams globally. The company secured Gold Stevie Awards in four categories: Achievement in Diversity and Inclusion, Achievement in Employee Engagement, People-Focused CEO of the Year (awarded to Sudhir Agarwal, Founder & CEO), and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year (awarded to Sheena Ponnappan, Chief People Officer). Everise also earned Silver Stevie Awards for Employer of the Year and Best CSR Strategy.
This year’s awards saw over 1,000 nominations from organizations across 35 countries. More than 100 professionals participated as judges. Winners in the Employer of the Year categories were selected through a combination of professional judging and public voting, with over 34,000 votes cast. The award ceremony is scheduled for September 16, 2024, in New York City.
