Ministerio de Energía y Minas de Guatemala promotes transparency and rural electrification initiatives

Si conoces o sospechas de algún acto irregular, puedes presentar tu denuncia de manera segura y confidencial. #ProbidadMEM #IntegridadMEM #ÉticaEnAcciónGT https://t.co/tgprJbcHdK". This announcement highlights the launch of a probity complaints form designed to encourage public reporting of suspected irregularities in a secure and confidential manner.

Later that day, on November 5, the ministry shared another update: "La Dirección General de Energía del @memguatemala realizó evaluaciones técnicas en Puerto Barrios, Izabal, para que más comunidades rurales accedan a energía segura y sostenible, beneficiando a 362 guatemaltecos en los caseríos Punta Gruesa y Chichipate. #ElPuebloDignoEsPrimero https://t.co/9YhCed8Owh". According to this post, technical evaluations were conducted in Puerto Barrios, Izabal with the goal of extending safe and sustainable energy to rural communities. The initiative is expected to benefit 362 residents in Punta Gruesa and Chichipate.

On November 6, Minister Víctor Hugo Ventura participated in an international forum organized by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE).
