Increasing the potential and well-being of the members of the company, through an increase in awareness in their way of thinking, feeling and acting, will directly influence the quality of the results obtained by organizations. The Mentality Model 2.0 is the result of the application of neuroscience, specifically knowledge of the brain, to the situation experienced by different organizations as of the year 2020. The MENTALITY Model 2.0 leads the person to go through a series of steps, starting from a specific challenging situation, transforming it along the way, into a state of well-being, focus and positive disposition, developing in the process: creative thinking, assertive handling of emotions and immediate action. If the definition of resilience is "the ability of the person to face their own problems, overcome obstacles and not give in to pressure regardless of the situation." We can then affirm that the MENTALITY 2.0 Model is the path of Resilience!
