Basilia Cayetano Cabera is the entrepreneur behind Repostería Flor, located in La Romana, Dominican Republic.
The bakery, today recognized for the freshness and love in the preparation of its cakes, began as a cafeteria that had to expand and transform its business line due to the high demand for the cakes that Basilia originally offered in the cafeteria.
CEDECAP was the main ally in this transformation. In addition to providing free training to develop innovative and high-quality products, he also encouraged Basilia to expand her business thanks to the security provided by the preparation and adequate guidance to undertake.
