For CMI, your health and well-being is very important. That is why we want to provide you with three rules that will help you avoid the spread and spread of COVID-19.
Use the mask correctly, whenever you leave home and in jobs where its use is mandatory, remember that when putting it on and disposing of it, you should wash your hands.
Wash your hands thoroughly and often using soap and water or an alcohol-based disinfectant. Perform the hand wash for 30 seconds.
Keep a distance of at least 1.50 meters between you and others, especially if someone is coughing or sneezing.
If we all abide by these 3 simple rules, we will reduce the spread of COVID-19. Remember that the best way to protect yourself and your family is by wearing a mask, washing your hands frequently, respecting social distancing and avoiding leaving the house if not necessary.
