Corporacion Multi Inversiones issued the following announcement on June 24.
The virtual race "Run at home and help" invites all Guatemalans to participate as a family to support the project "Love in the Box" on Sunday July 12 and thus spend a pleasant and different morning.
“Run at home and help” will be a virtual race that we can all be part of from our homes and at the same time, make a difference. By participating with your family, friends and why not, runners club, you will support the project "Love in a Box" to collect food boxes for families economically affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
The race has two modalities: Running with distances of 1K, 5K and 10K, or Bicycle / Stationary Bicycle, with distances of 20K and 40K. Both categories were designed with distances that are suitable to participate in an internal space, motivating the healthy lifestyle.The inscription has a value of Q.100 which will be donated to the project El Amor en Caja. Participants can register from June 23 to July 11, through the page https://www.tikkilife.com/event/13319793/Carrera-por-El-Amor-En-Caja or, they can make a deposit to the Servipagos agreement of Banco Industrial No. 2907 Amor en Caja and register the ballot in the following form: https://forms.gle/CnRxjkv5jPyNdJQ58
The runner kit includes the number and virtual medal, as well as the electronic participation certificate, which will be sent via email. The dynamics of participation validation and timing will be carried out through any device that reflects time and distance measurement. Runners will be able to run between 8 am and 12 pm on Sunday, July 12 and the results will be published through RUNGUATE at the end of the day.

“El Amor en Caja” is a country movement that was born with the aim of delivering food boxes to Guatemalan families in greatest need, so that they can stay home for Covid-19.
