CORPORACION MULTI INVERSIONES: Molinos Modernos offers a regional innovation program for the bread industry

Corporacion Multi Inversiones issued the following announcement on Nov. 26.

In July 2019, the CMI Modern Mills unit initiated a new regional training program on Innovation and Trends in the bakery industry. The program was taught by the International Chef Fabian Solano at CEDECAP headquarters in Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.

The program began this year with its first stage on “Production Techniques of Artisan Breads”, which lasted four months and where 90 clients and 52 technical advisors from the Flour unit participated. Next year the program will continue with two more stages where courses on "Modern Bakery Processes" and " Viennoiserie and Boulangerie " will be taught.

This program aims to offer training in cutting-edge techniques in the bread industry and encourage CMI Flour customers to develop innovative products in their bakeries. In this way, it seeks to support customers to increase sales of their businesses while offering consumers various healthy and high quality options, and train the latest technical advisors who are part of the Flour unit team of CMI.
