CEDECAP, the Center for Specialized Training and Development in Bakery and Pastry of CMI, was founded with the aim of training all people interested in the trade of bread and strengthen the skills necessary to start a business of their own.
CEDECAP has trained more than 130 thousand bakers and confectioners. For two decades it has motivated thousands of people in the region to discover the satisfactory trade of the bakery. In addition to providing access to high-quality ingredients, it also provides entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to manage their own bakeries and bakeries.
The bakery is a profession that requires creativity, effort and dedication. Each baker and confectioner who has graduated from CEDECAP, besides providing bread for the tables of many families, works to build a better future by becoming a source of income for their homes.
