Corporacion Multi Inversiones issued the following announcement on March 26.
With the aim of promoting trade and opportunities in the eastern region of the country, Multi-Proyectos officially announced the construction of the Zacapa Pradera shopping center, located at the north end of the city, specifically on 18 avenida and 2 calle. The symbolic launching ceremony was attended by Ricardo González, General Director of Multi-Projects; Luis Villela, director of shopping centers and Natalia Cozza, manager of C.C. community.
"We want to give Zacapa a shopping center where nearby communities can live unrivaled experiences in a pleasant, comfortable and safe environment. With this project, the economy of the city will be boosted and the capital city will be promoted as a benchmark in the region, "González said, regarding the project located 300 meters from the central market, the area with the greatest commercial activity in the departmental capital. With more than 57 locations in an area of 14,800 m², Pradera Zacapa will offer various forms of entertainment, including three Cinepolis cinemas, gastronomic spaces, services, a supermarket and the latest trends in fashion.

In addition to the economic boost, Multi-Proyectos is committed to improving the quality of life of the people who live in the area. the surroundings and visit their projects, that is why the design of the shopping center contemplates a green area of more than 1,500m², the most extensive in the network of shopping centers.This will give the complex a privileged place among the other local real estate developments.
Through this important investment of more than US $ 13 million, Multi-Proyectos of CMI reaffirms, once again, its commitment to generate development in the eastern region and the country.
