On September 3, the Food Fair was inaugurated, the largest gastronomic event in Central America. The fair brings together the best and most recognized representatives of the food industry in Guatemala.
Our business unit of Molinos Modernos sponsored the cake decorating contest, which aims to stimulate and recognize the effort of pastry chef of pastry and confectionery establishments in Guatemala, was attended by people and students who are dedicated to the art of the decoration of cakes.
Molinos Modernos also had presence with a stand dedicated to the presentation and tasting of the products of its leading brands.
