During the ceremony marking the anniversary, Minister Liwy Grazioso emphasized the significance of staff contributions. The ministry quoted her as saying: "Durante la ceremonia, la ministra @Liwy_Grazioso subrayó que la verdadera fortaleza del Palacio reside en las personas que lo sostienen cada día con su dedicación, experiencia y compromiso." The Palacio Nacional de la Cultura is an important symbol in Guatemala’s history and serves as a central location for governmental and cultural events.
