A course and workshop focused on scientific and academic journals will be held in person on July 14 and 15 at the Central Library, Laboratory No. 2, fourth floor, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participants will learn about the editorial process for academic and scientific journals as well as how to configure and manage publications using Open Journal System (OJS).
The activity is free of charge, has limited spots available, and participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Other upcoming events include a hybrid book club meeting on October 25 to discuss "Who Moved My Cheese" by Spencer Johnson. The book addresses themes such as change, adaptation, and facing challenges with a positive attitude.
There are also invitations for a virtual evening computing course in July and a conference titled "Students in San Carlos History" presented by Mynor Carrera Mejía on May 26.
