In a post made on October 21, the ministry stated: "El CIV, a través de la viceministra de Infraestructura, Norma Zea, presentó junto con autoridades de @CAMINOS_CIV y @COVIAL_CIV, los avances significativos en la mejora de las rutas que formarán parte del recorrido de la #VueltaCiclistica2025 ." The announcement highlighted collaboration between the Vice Ministry of Infrastructure and agencies CAMINOS_CIV and COVIAL_CIV.
A follow-up message posted at the same time reiterated the government's commitment to broader objectives. The ministry wrote: " Con estas acciones, el CIV también reafirma su compromiso con el desarrollo del deporte, la conectividad vial y el bienestar de los guatemaltecos . #PlanConecta2025 #ElPuebloDignoEsPrimero".

Km 61.4 de la CA-9 Norte
Tramo de Jalapa en la CA-1 Oriente
Km 82 de la Ruta Interamericana
Tramo de San Bernardino (Proyecto B61)"
