In Los Amates, Izabal, a new Municentro has opened to provide local residents with easier access to electric service management. The facility allows people to handle their electricity needs without leaving the municipality.
According to Energuate, the new center serves over 20,000 families, businesses, and entrepreneurs across 81 communities in Los Amates. The company stated that the Municentro and ongoing technical improvements are part of its commitment to improving energy quality for the population.
"The Municentro and the constant technical improvements to strengthen the quality of energy received by the population reflect our commitment to the well-being of users," said an Energuate representative.
Energuate aims to make services more accessible and support economic activity in the region by bringing energy and opportunities closer to residents.
