The Guatemalan Social Security Institute (Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social, IGSS) has announced an external call for applications to fill the position of Health Promoter at the hospital in Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa, Escuintla. The Human Resources Sub-management is overseeing the recruitment process.
According to the announcement, interested candidates must submit their applications by November 28, 2025. The vacancy is identified as position number 011 and is based at the hospital in Santa Lucía Cotzumalguapa.
The IGSS regularly issues similar calls for specialized medical positions at various hospitals across Guatemala, including recent openings for general surgeons in Mazatenango and gynecology and obstetrics specialists in Antigua Guatemala.
