On the same day, another tweet detailed progress in project negotiations: "Durante el encuentro, se alcanzó un acuerdo clave: la empresa presentará la solicitud de reinicio de obra, paso necesario para iniciar los trabajos y avanzar hacia una solución que la población ha esperado por años." This announcement referred to an agreement with a company that will submit a request to restart work on a long-awaited infrastructure project.
