Later the same day, MINEX Guatemala announced: "Guatemala participará en la IV Cumbre CELAC–UE, que se llevará a cabo en Santa Marta, Colombia." (November 7, 2025). The message included a link to an official statement regarding the country's participation in the summit between the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) and the European Union (EU).
Additionally, MINEX Guatemala posted: " | El #ViceCancillerGT Julio Orozco recibió en audiencia al Embajador de Países Bajos concurrente para Guatemala, Albertus Van Den Berg, con quien dialogó sobre temas de interés común en el marco de la agenda bilateral. El encuentro permitió el intercambio de opiniones y" (November 7, 2025). This tweet referred to a meeting between Guatemalan Vice Minister Julio Orozco and Dutch Ambassador Albertus Van Den Berg focusing on mutual interests within their bilateral agenda.
