Energuate expands its customer service network with more payment points across Guatemala

Energuate has expanded its customer service network in Guatemala, increasing the number of payment points and customer service centers. The company now offers 17,823 locations for bill payments and operates 87 customer service centers across the country.

The network includes proprietary offices, partner offices, and Municentros, which are designed to provide support and address customer inquiries efficiently. These centers are strategically located to ensure that people throughout Guatemala have access to necessary services regardless of their geographic location.

In 2024, Energuate opened new Municentros in San Luis (Petén), Pachalum (Quiché), San Andrés Villaseca (Retalhuleu), and La Unión (Zacapa). The company stated that these new facilities reflect ongoing efforts to expand its presence and improve the experience for customers in all regions.

Additionally, commercial offices were inaugurated in Nueva Concepción (Escuintla) and Morales (Izabal), further strengthening the company's service network. According to Energuate, these actions demonstrate a commitment to meeting customer needs and improving quality of life.
