The Business School at Francisco Marroquín University recently hosted César Mariel Albert, founder of Iristrace, for a conference on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on productivity and innovation in business and academic settings.
The event, titled "Artificial Intelligence as a Tool for Personal Productivity," was part of the Noches de Networking series organized by the university's Business School. It took place on August 12, 2025.
"The objective was to summarize and present to our master's students the advances in AI and its applications in different industries and companies," said Aninsabelle Behrens, Director of Marketing at the Business School.
A day before the main event, Mariel Albert met with invited guests to discuss examples of how AI is already transforming companies across various sectors. On Thursday, he also had lunch with faculty members during a teacher talk called "AI Radar: News in the World of Artificial Intelligence." This session was organized by the Business Training team.

César Mariel Albert is recognized as a founder, entrepreneur, and trainer with significant experience leading online innovation projects. He heads Iristrace—a no-code platform that helps digitize work processes using AI—and teaches in several master’s programs focused on entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and business models. As a technology advisor, he supports innovation efforts within company boards and trade associations.
During his visit to Francisco Marroquín University, Mariel Albert shared practical knowledge about artificial intelligence while encouraging students, entrepreneurs, and professors to use these tools to boost productivity and foster innovation.
