Gasoline prices in Guatemala City have continued to decline, according to the latest weekly monitoring conducted by the Department of Economic Analysis of the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons. The most recent review, carried out on November 3, shows that both regular and premium gasoline prices have dropped between 10 and 15 centavos per gallon compared to last week.
Despite this decrease for gasoline, diesel saw an increase of 85 centavos per gallon. The average prices recorded during the monitoring are as follows: for self-service stations, regular gasoline is priced at Q26.69 per gallon, premium gasoline at Q28.20, and diesel at Q26.21. For full-service stations, regular gasoline stands at Q27.80 per gallon, premium gasoline at Q29.28, and diesel at Q27.27.
These figures reflect current trends in fuel pricing within the metropolitan area based on systematic data collection by government authorities.
