MINEX Guatemala, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala, posted a series of updates on November 5, 2025, regarding activities at the Organization of American States (OAS) and a social service announcement.

In two separate posts on November 5, MINEX Guatemala informed followers that the Permanent Council of the OAS was receiving an update on progress related to Haiti and considering a draft declaration concerning Guatemala. At 15:26 UTC, MINEX Guatemala stated: " EN VIVO | Consejo Permanente de la #OEA recibe informe sobre avance de la Hoja de ruta para #Haití y considera proyecto de declaración sobre #Guatemala

The OAS Permanent Council regularly convenes to discuss political developments and humanitarian issues affecting member states such as Haiti and Guatemala. The organization has played an active role in monitoring democratic processes and crisis response across the region.

MINEX Guatemala frequently uses its official channels to communicate both diplomatic activities involving international organizations like the OAS and urgent social service announcements to support Guatemalan citizens abroad.
