Multi-Proyectos, the real estate development arm of Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI), took part in the Feria Chapina held in the United States. The event gathered more than 8,000 Guatemalans living abroad and served as a platform for cultural exchange and commercial opportunities among the Guatemalan community.
At the fair’s housing section, organized by Banrural, Multi-Proyectos presented housing options to families interested in making secure investments back in Guatemala. Representatives engaged with attendees seeking ways to maintain connections with their home country through property ownership.
“Participar en la Feria Chapina representa una oportunidad valiosa para acercarnos a las comunidades guatemaltecas que, desde el extranjero, desean seguir contribuyendo al desarrollo del Guatemala. Queremos acompañar sus proyectos de vida y mostrarles que invertir en Guatemala es posible, confiable y sostenible,” said Carmen Guzmán, Marketing and Sales Manager at Multi-Proyectos.
The company’s participation aligns with its strategy to expand its presence internationally and encourage access to quality housing for Guatemalans residing in the United States who wish to remain connected to their roots.
CMI also reiterated its commitment to sustainable development within communities where it operates. CMI is currently led by Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga as Chairman of CMI Alimentos and Felipe Bosch Gutiérrez as Chairman of CMI Capital. Both leaders have reaffirmed their dedication “to generate, with family warmth, opportunities that change lives.”
