MINEX Guatemala issues statements on Panama’s anniversary and national institutional milestones

The Guatemalan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MINEX Guatemala) published a series of statements on November 3, 2025, highlighting diplomatic relations, institutional anniversaries, and consular training initiatives.

Later that day, MINEX Guatemala acknowledged the contributions of Segeplan, the Secretariat for Planning and Programming of the Presidency in Guatemala: "Felicitamos a @Segeplan por su 71 aniversario.
Durante más de siete décadas, esta institución ha sido pilar en la planificación, gestión y promoción del desarrollo nacional, cumpliendo con su mandato constitucional de impulsar una administración pública más eficiente,"
(November 3). Segeplan has played a central role in public administration and national development planning since its establishment over seventy years ago.

On the evening of November 3, MINEX Guatemala announced an upcoming seminar aimed at strengthening consular services: "#GuatemalaCercaDeTi | El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores realiza del 3 al 7 de noviembre del 2025 el Seminario para Encargados de Secciones Consulares de las Embajadas de Guatemala en el Exterior, con el objetivo de continuar fortaleciendo las capacidades de los". The seminar is scheduled from November 3 to November 7 and targets consular section heads at Guatemalan embassies abroad.
