More than 100 farmers participated in the second edition of the Farmer's Fair in Fray Bartolomé de las Casas, Alta Verapaz. The event was organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food (MAGA) together with the local municipality.

The fair brought together over 100 agricultural producers from various communities who offered a range of fresh farm and livestock products.

According to organizers, this commercial space encourages healthy food consumption and supports local production. It also aims to promote rural development and benefit the community.

Local residents attended in large numbers to purchase items such as fruits and vegetables. MAGA stated, "Through strategic partners, we promote Farmer's Fairs throughout the country, activities that also ease the burden on people by offering affordable prices."
